Science proves that cooking not only destroys nutrition and enzymes, but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health into free-radicals and poisons that destroy our health!

People who eat nutritionally organic, uncooked and unprocessed food, enjoy delicious meals that optimize their health by alkalizing their body. When you eat more cooked food you are consuming acidic toxins faster than your body can eliminate them so they back up, disrupting your body’s delicate acid or alkaline balance, a major cause of excess weight and disease. Heating food above 118 degrees causes the chemical changes that create acidic toxins, including the carcinogens and free radicals associated with diseases like diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and cancer. Cooking also destroys the live enzymes that aid in digestion and health.

Cooking or processing causes food to lose electrons, the source of the energy your body needs. Things that are healthy contribute energy and are called alkalizing. Things that are unhealthy steal electrons or energy and are called acidic or oxidizing (which means to burn up, break down or decay)

Like myself I’m sure many people love fast foods, crisps and other ‘junk’ food. Often ‘junk’ food is the reason for weight gain and a feeling of lethargy.

After introducing raw food into my diet I noticed increased mental clarity. Eating raw food has helped me focus on the things that are important and made me more emotionally in tune with others. I feel like a wall of fog has been removed in my mind. It’s easier to think clearly and focus for long periods of time. I can eat as much as I want. This isn’t really a health benefit, but it is pretty awesome. I never get that uncomfortable full feeling when eating raw food. I can eat as much as I want and while I will feel full, I don’t feel weighed down or tired. Of course I have a weakness for red velvet:-) but I try to include lots of colorful fruit and veggies to my diet;)

What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because according to research all fruits become alkaline in our body. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat raw fruits , vegetables and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
