These days you would hear people all over the world talk of yoga.

I’ve been doing yoga since I was a kid and I love what it does for me.

I try to do some yoga asanas every morning as it helps me to stay focused as well as calm throughout the day. People often confuse yoga with some sort of stretching exercise and assume its a few stretches and that’s about it. It really is much more than just that.

Yoga originated in India and it means that which brings you to reality. Yoga plays a role in maintaining physical and psychological health.
